Technical management of wind parks

Wind turbines deliver reliable output when data, technology and decision-making work in sync. We combine continuous monitoring of your turbines with structured asset management, clear communication and consistent safety coordination.

Our control room evaluates operational and condition data every minute. Teams specialising in technical operations management in Germany, international projects and support collate information, identify where action is needed and coordinate the next steps precisely when it matters most for operational readiness.

Operations management that keeps the plant running smoothly

Technical operations management involves more than simply acknowledging alarm messages. It provides a reliable overview of the condition of the generation units, keeps track of inspections and deadlines, manages maintenance measures and documents decisions in a transparent manner.

That for, we combine control room operations, technical expertise and operational coordination. Operators receive clear information, reliable processes and a single point of contact for all technical tasks relating to their wind farm.

Your benefits as an operator

  • Continuous monitoring of operational and condition data by a staffed control centre
  • Structured coordination of maintenance, inspections, service providers and regulatory requirements
  • Transparent reports, photographic documentation and recommendations for action
  • Rapid escalation in the event of faults, accidents and safety-related incidents
  • Combined expertise from ENERTRAG’s technical and organisational departments
  • Plant monitoring: identifying conditions, initiating measures

Plant monitoring combines digital remote monitoring with regular on-site inspections. This ensures that you do not just have an isolated view of individual alerts, but a continuous picture of the technical condition of your generation units.

Provision of a customer login for reporting. Target/actual comparison in real time. Access to incidents, production figures, availability analyses and lost revenue calculations.

Regular reporting

Monthly and annual performance reports. Contents: production and feed-in overviews, technical and energy availability, production losses by cause and component, power curves, wind rose and monthly commentary.

Identify risks early, operate plants reliably.

External and internal inspection of wind turbines

Comprehensive inspection of access routes, crane sites and turbine access points. Visual inspection of the exterior and interior, including the nacelle, tower base, hydraulics, cooling system, cables and electrical equipment. Noise assessment. Report preparation with photographic documentation and recommendations for action.

External inspection of wind turbines

Visual assessment of the external condition from ground level. Inspection of access routes, obstruction lighting and signage. Report preparation with photographic documentation and coordination of corrective measures.

Inspection of the transfer station at the grid connection point

Visual inspection of electrical equipment for defects and damage between the transfer interface and the switchgear of the generation unit. Report preparation with photographic documentation and recommendations for action.

Operating plants safely, safeguarding assets for the long term.

Wind Turbine Maintenance Management

Monitoring of maintenance intervals and full-service maintenance contracts. Analysis of maintenance logs. Organisation of repair work, including the use of cranes and the replacement of major components. Verification of invoices for factual and numerical accuracy. Planning and commissioning of switching operations up to 36 kV.

Maintenance Management for Transfer Stations
