ENERTRAG Powersystem is the professional software solution for Renewable Energy. It makes wind turbines, PV systems, battery storage systems and PtX systems cheaper to run, saves time and helps to spot opportunities and risks at an early stage.

The software automates repetitive tasks and creates the breathing space needed to make important decisions. Powersystem detects anomalies automatically, singles out critical incidents and draws up flexible reports for investors, insurers and operators.

The software processes and evaluates incoming messages automatically and sends targeted notifications to the personnel responsible. Operations managers will therefore immediately spot any events requiring action without sifting through piles of messages themselves.

German servers and complete data sovereignty

ENERTRAG runs Powersystem on its own servers based in Germany. All data remains permanently available, with an unlimited storage capacity. The software meets the requirements for operating critical infrastructure under the German Federal Office for Information Security’s Critical Infrastructure Ordinance (BSI-KritisV) and is ISO 27001-certified.

ENERTRAG has continued to develop Powersystem every single month since 1999. Updates ensure compliance with the latest statutory requirements and incorporate new features taken straight from day-to-day industry practice. There are over 60 experts working on the software on a daily basis.

The team behind ENERTRAG Powersystem

Some 60 experts at ENERTRAG have been working to develop its Powersystem software continuously since 1999. Every month, the team publishes a new version complete with features and improvements taken straight from day-to-day industry practice.

To achieve this, we work with customers, with operations managers in the field and with the ENERTRAG team all over the world to incorporate real-life requirements from the management of over 3,000 wind turbines into every single update.

Powersystem meets the requirements of the BSI-KritisV and is ISO 27001-certified, making the software suitable for running critical infrastructure in the energy sector. ENERTRAG runs Powersystem on its own servers based in Germany. All data remains permanently available, with an unlimited storage capacity and complete data sovereignty. Regular security audits and monthly updates keep the software compliant with the latest statutory requirements and security standards.

The certification proves that ENERTRAG SE fulfils all the requirements of the relevant standard (DIN EN ISO 9001:2015), works in a process-oriented manner for the development and provision of software and IT infrastructure and has established risk-based thinking.
