Inspection and technical operations
ENERTRAG Operations is the competent partner for operations management and inspections of energy plant throughout Europe.
At home in the wind industry for over 30 years, ENERTRAG Operation offers commercial and technical expertise in the operational management of renewable generation plants, substations and transfer stations. Services for the balancing energy market, innovative hybrid power plants, photovoltaic systems and stationary battery storage systems are also part of the portfolio.
Drone inspection
Rotor blade inspection and LPS measurement via drone: Not only more accurate, but also more efficient.
Regular maintenance and inspections are necessary to maintain the value of a wind turbine - for example, a precise inspection of the rotor blades. Innovative drone technology not only protects employees, but also offers a higher error detection rate thanks to excellent image quality and autonomous flight patterns.
The technical services team currently consists of 30 employees who are deployed throughout Germany and beyond its borders. Our inspections and checks are carried out by highly qualified specialists and are based on accredited procedures and established processes that are recognised by the authorities and insurance companies.
You can rely on our expertise, which is underlined by the accreditation of various test procedures in accordance with DIN EN ISO 17020. This recognition guarantees you a high level of quality and reliability.
Inspections
ENERTRAG Operation's inspection department is specialized in various areas of inspection: Machine inspections, gearbox and rotor blade inspections, vibration measurements and also DGUV-V3 inspections. The accreditation according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020 underlines the high level of quality.
Safety checks
Safety is the be-all and end-all in wind turbines. This is why, in addition to other tests, annual safety inspections of certain components are required in accordance with the Ordinance on Operating Sites.
