Large component replacement worldwide
The ENERTRAG Service team replaces main and yaw gears, rotor bearings and generators flexibly and reliably, worldwide. In addition, there is the inspection of main components, assistance in optimising the service life of major components and demand-oriented warehousing of major components. The assessment of components is carried out together with insurance companies and appraisers at the plant or in the workshop.
Non-destructive testing of materials
ENERTRAG Service tests components and material in its own workshop and on the wind turbine with certified welding department. This means that parts can be used directly afterwards, resulting in less effort and lower costs.
Spare parts and stock items
ENERTRAG Service keeps spare parts in stock and ships worldwide. Thanks to having its own warehouses at several locations, ENERTRAG Service can rectify faults quickly and cost-effectively. The technical support team quickly determines which spare parts are the right ones, procures them and delivers them. Find the right articles here.
Dismantling
ENERTRAG dismantles old systems and takes care of their proper disposal. Appropriate proof is provided that the plant has been recycled in an environmentally friendly manner and that the materials have been returned to the material cycle.
