The "Dauer III" wind project is located in the north-east of Brandenburg, east of the Prenzlau district of Dauer. The environmentally friendly construction and operation of the 6 modern and powerful wind turbines will make an important contribution to driving forward the regional energy transition.
The overall "Dauer III" project is divided into the two sub-projects "Neue Trift" and "Dauer A". The project is being planned and built by ENERTRAG as general contractor and handed over to the operators as a turnkey project. The "Dauer A" project will be operated by Bürgerwind Dauer A UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co KG, while the "Neue Trift" project will be operated by Bürgerenergie Neue Trift UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co KG.
Construction of the path has already begun. With archaeological and ornithological support, the construction of the wind field is also possible outside the construction windows. Foundation work began in March 2020. If the construction schedule is adhered to, commissioning can take place in September 2020.
